Service engagements
Cancellation terms are defined in the accepted quotation. Work already completed and approved is billable.
Product procurement
Once a product order is confirmed with a supplier, cancellation may not be possible. We confirm the applicable terms before confirmation.
Requesting a cancellation
Raise a request from your customer portal or contact our team with your Service ID or Order ID.
